News and Announcements
School has just started, and our Bizzell LEO Club has already participated in two community events, volunteering at the mobile food pantries in Anderson and for Grimes County. The heat does not stop our wonderful LEOs! They are excited for another year of service and fun!
The heat could not stop our LEOs from serving Grimes County at the mobile food pantry!
If it's a holiday, you know our LEOs have a project in mind! For Easter, they put together baskets for our "adopted" family in the community. We could not be prouder of the sense of service and joy our LEOs bring to everything they do. Special thanks to our staff who donated to fill these baskets with candy and toys and to our Lion's Club sponsor, Geoff Horn, for delivering them!
The Bizzell LEO Club took a bit of time out of their Friday morning to volunteer at the local Lion's Club Plant Sale.
Bizzell LEOs worked hard to provide homemade valentines to all the faculty and staff in Bizzell, DAEP, Lil' Rattlers Daycare, as well as our nutrition and custodial staff. We have some artistic students!

Our Bizzell LEOs held a toy drive for a deserving family in our community this December. They wrapped the donated gifts as well as donating many from their own homes or purchases. They also rang bells for the Salvation Army and hosted a Christmas party with cookie and stocking decorating, ornament making, Christmas music, and lots of food and fun! We are so proud of our LEOs and how such a small group of students can accomplish so much for our school and community.
Bizzell LEOs had another great day volunteering at the Fairgrounds. The cold weather did not slow down our LEOs as they packed boxes and loaded cars with food for needy families in our community. Great job, LEOs!
Bizzell LEO Club members volunteered at the Anderson Food Pantry. It was cold, but our LEOs helped distribute food and helped community members find clothes and other items from the donation center. Great job, LEOs!
